Refund & Cancellation

This policy covers licences for the Caledger GST and Caledger IT desktop applications from Ledgerstack Technologies.

1. Try before you commit

We would rather you be sure than sorry. Where a trial or demo is offered, we encourage you to evaluate the Software on your own hardware before purchasing a licence.

2. Refund window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first licence activation, provided you have not breached these terms. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Applicable payment-gateway or GST components already remitted may be adjusted where permitted.

3. What is not refundable

• Requests made after the 7-day window from first activation.
• Renewals of an existing licence.
• Licences terminated for breach of the Terms & Conditions.

4. Cancellation

You may choose not to renew at the end of your annual term; simply let the licence lapse or tell us before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future billing - it does not by itself trigger a refund of the current term outside the window above.

5. How to request

Email ledgerstacktech@gmail.com from your registered firm email with your firm name and activation details, and tell us what went wrong - we'll try to fix it first, and process an eligible refund if we can't.
